Pleasant Valley Elementary School

Set in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, Pleasant Valley Elementary School continues to evolve to meet the needs of its growing student population. Building on Architecture, Incorporated’s previous full-scale renovation of the school, the latest expansion introduces new spaces designed to support a broader range of learning opportunities and student experiences. The project includes multiple additions, featuring a new gymnasium with an integrated rock-climbing feature, STEM-focused laboratories, administrative offices, a music room, and a four-classroom addition. Designed to complement the existing building’s exterior architecture, the additions maintain a cohesive visual identity while expanding the school's capacity and educational offerings.
