Town Hall at Campus Commons

Architecture, Inc. collaborated with building management to bring their vision of a vibrant third-floor amenity space to life, embodying Reston’s “Live, Work & Play” ethos. Drawing from the town’s wooded setting and 1960s industrial character, the design blends oak, brickwork, and curved forms inspired by nearby Lake Anne. Flexible community features include a full-glass operable partition for large or private gatherings, a conference room, shuffleboard table, wellness and huddle rooms, and a shared gallery. Low-VOC finishes, integrated greenery, and abundant daylight create a healthy, market-ready environment for attracting premium tenants and elevating the value of the newly reimagined campus.
