The new 165,000 sf Rockingham Technical Education Center (RTC) supports both high school and adult learners, while serving as a hub for community and industry training. The campus will provide modern technical education facilities focused on workforce development.
The main building will house high school programs and administrative functions, with single-story high-bay and low-bay labs and a two-story academic core. A central plant will serve both the main building and the continuing education building, with capacity to support the broader campus.
The continuing education building will be dedicated to adult programs and administration, with a similar mix of single-story lab space and two-story support areas.
The project also includes several single-story outbuildings to support program needs, including an Animal Barn, an Exterior Maintenance Equipment Building, and an Exterior Supply Storage Building. These facilities will support hands-on training and operational functions across the campus.
