This 6,000 sf clubhouse renovation reimagines key member-focused spaces to enhance functionality, circulation, and overall experience. The project introduces a new member grille within the former private event space, while the existing bar area was transformed into a dedicated member lounge. Upgrades extend throughout the facility with refreshed men’s and women’s locker rooms and a rebuilt shade trellis on the patio. The design also features a glass-encased, conditioned wine room with a floor-to-ceiling bottle display that creates a striking visual showcase between the lobby and dining areas. The restaurant, named Steel & Oak, draws inspiration from Pittsburgh’s “Steel City” heritage, with an interior material palette that blends wood and metal elements throughout the lobby, dining, and bar spaces to create a warm, industrial-inspired aesthetic.
