Architecture, Inc. is providing architectural services for the design of a new 10-story, 413,000 sf development consisting of mixed-use assisted living housing and commercial space in the city of Falls Church. The senior living build comprises 145 independent units, 56 of which are assisted living units and 32 of which are memory care units.
The development also features below-grade parking, 32,000 sf of medical offices, a 5,000 sf rooftop amenity space with a bar, 19,000 sf of ground-level retail units, and a restaurant.
