A new luxury destination for automotive enthusiasts and entertainment seekers alike is coming to Loudoun County. Xavo, a 129,000 sf mixed-use facility designed by Architecture, Inc., will combine a private motor club, restaurant, live music venue, and event spaces into a single, high-end experience within Ashburn's Commonwealth Center development.
Spanning multiple floors with intermediate levels and mezzanines, Xavo is envisioned as a haven for high-end and exotic car enthusiasts. The premier motor club will feature 24/7 access garages, a consignment showroom, car display galleries, and private display suites for members to store, showcase, and enjoy their vehicles in a secure, climate-controlled environment. Beyond the automotive experience, the facility will include comfortable office and lounge spaces, a high-end restaurant and bar, and a grand event venue ideal for corporate gatherings and private celebrations. A live performance venue will anchor the entertainment program, offering music and social events open to the public.
The design is being developed alongside other prominent Loudoun entertainment destinations, including XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness (also designed by Architecture, Inc.), iFLY, and Topgolf, further cementing the Commonwealth Center as a regional hub for recreation, dining, and leisure. The Xavo parcel, formerly owned by The Peterson Companies, was purchased to be utilized by the Sirhandi Companies. Gordon serves as the project’s engineer and planner, and Walsh Colucci Lubeley & Walsh PC is the land use attorney.
When complete, Xavo will deliver a unique blend of luxury, innovation, and community, redefining the experience for today’s automotive connoisseur.
