We joined the entire project team for the groundbreaking of The Residence at Colvin Run Senior Living, a major milestone for this new community. Architecture, Inc. provided architecture and interior design services for the 53,000 sf senior living community with 44 units of assisted living and 18 memory care units. Colvin Run will feature on-site dining venues, a demonstration kitchen, and art studio. The project is slated to open in summer of 2022.
