Architecture, Inc. was recognized at the 2021 Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards in the “Buildings” category for our renovation at 8150 Leesburg Pike. The project received the “Amenity Space –Award of Excellence.” The underutilized space was transformed into a fitness center, enclosed conference center, and a casual lounge area. It boasts a modern theme using concrete, wood, and metal elements while lighting and greenery enliven the space.

The Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards recognizes and celebrates significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate community. As the Chapter's premier event, the awards program demonstrates the dedication of outstanding individuals who provide contributions to the built environment.
