Architecture, Inc. had an incredible showing at Gingertown 2025, earning the Most Innovative Use of Material award and being recognized as one of the Top Three Builds of the event! This year’s theme, World’s Fair, inspired our team to create the “Mentos Monorail,” a nod to Walt Disney’s iconic monorail design, with virtually every element of the structure being fully edible.
Architecture, Inc. is proud to sponsor and support this one-of-a-kind holiday initiative, which brings together leading architects, engineers, contractors, and building enthusiasts across the DC area to create a town made entirely of gingerbread. The handcrafted structures are then donated and displayed at local hospitals, health care facilities, and community support organizations.
Proceeds from Gingertown support several impactful organizations, including Children’s National Medical Center, Community of Hope, Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital, So Others Might Eat (SOME), The Wendt Center for Loss & Healing, and A Wider Circle.
