Ceiba

Ceiba was looking to expand its technology-leading footprint and needed a space designed in line with its ethos of forward thinking. Inspired by progressiveness and cutting-edge technology, the build-out of Ceiba's 4,485 sf office suite includes sleek, modern finishes, a wood slat ceiling and wall, ceramic wall coverings, and a blend of polished and luxury tile flooring to liven up the space. The design features a large reception area, a 20-seat conference room, a central galley, and a blend of private and open office space. Adjacent to the open office, a server room with surrounding film was incorporated into the design to meet the tenant's advanced technology needs.
