Architecture, Inc is providing interior architecture and design for a 14,500 sf build-out to create an event space, restaurant, and training facility with lighting, furniture, finishes, and millwork that create a modern, high-tech aesthetic. The vision of Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE), District E will be a live event theater offering immersive experiences in esports, music, event programming, and community events. The cutting-edge facility will be the competition and training venue for esports franchises with both an Esports Practice Center, a best-in-class team practice facility, and a public-facing 150-person Esports Competition Studio. Centrally located in downtown Washington, DC adjacent to Capital One Arena, District E will also host its own shows, viewing parties, corporate events, and other programs as well as pre- and post-game events. Original programming will be complemented by food and beverage offerings. The aesthetic is modern and technology-driven, with sleek and comfortable furnishings throughout.
