Mr. Shaw is Vice President of Architecture, Inc. and one of the firm's two founding partners. He is the Partner–In–Charge of the Education and the Specialty Healthcare Design Studios. His experience includes over 23 years of design, production and contract administration. His specialties in Education and Specialty Healthcare predate the formation of Architecture, Inc. and expanded once the firm was founded.

His office responsibilities included office policy, the contractual aspects of projects, manpower utilization, office production procedures and specifications.

Mr. Shaw's Studio responsibilities include active participation in all aspects of projects. From teaming on project design to viewing the current construction on a project, he maintains a strong presence with his Studio's projects. This hands–on approach is a cornerstone to the success of Architecture, Inc.
