McLean Therapy and Respite Center (Jill's House); McLean, VA
Architecture Inc. has been selected to design a 45,000 square foot facility for the treatment of children with autism and physical challenges in McLean, Virginia.

Salamander Resort and Spa; Middleburg, Virginia    
Architecture, Inc. was selected to be the Architect of Record for this new 120 room resort in the rolling hills of Middleburg , Virginia. The resort will have an equestrian theme and a world class spa with 14 treatment rooms. The Resort will have three swimming pools, a dining room for formal dining, a wine bar, banquet facilities and stables for 28 horses. We are working with WATG architects in Newport Beach, California, as well as, Thomas Pheasant, Interior design and Forrest Perkins Interiors.

Hotel Helix; Washington, D.C.    
Architecture, Inc. is in the process of completing a project to expand the meeting facilities into the side lot of this tight urban site. The addition will be nestled between the existing hotel and the adjacent condominiums, and will be on top of the hotel's existing subgrade parking structure. The Hotel Helix is a boutique hotel located on Rhode Island Avenue in Northwest, D.C.

Donovan House Hotel ; Washington, D.C.    
Architecture, Inc. has been rewarded the design of a 140,000 square foot re-flagging of the Thomas Circle Hotel. Working in conjunction with Studio GAIA Interior Designers, New York, New York. The boutique hotel will have a "South Beach" design with contemporary interiors. A roof top lounge will be added to the existing pool and a new exterior facade will revitalize this prominent hotel.

Jury's Hotel ; Washington, D.C.
Jury's Hotel at Dupont Circle in Washington, DC is the Irish Hotel Operator's crown jewel in the States. The three hundred plus guestroom hotel is undergoing a comprehensive renovation and addition as part of a grand reflagging, updating its modernist exterior and complimenting it with a thoroughly modern interior. The scope of work includes a total guestroom renovation of the hotel, addition of a ninth floor penthouse to include Executive and Presidential Suites, rooftop balconies, Executive Club and Function Rooms, banquet facility upgrades, two restaurant renovations/rebrandings, and exterior improvements. The hotel will remain open for 50% of the work. The design of the exterior renovation and addition were all approved by the District of Columbia Historic Preservation Review Board.
