Loudoun County Emergency Homeless Shelter ; Loudoun, VA
Project includes a 9,000 square foot addition to the existing Loudoun County Transitional Housing Facility to create a new Emergency Homeless Shelter.The proposed two-story addition will include twelve sleeping rooms, dining room, children's play areas as well as kitchen facilities to accommodate patron needs.The existing Transitional Housing Facility will receive partial renovations and modifications to create a new main entrance for the combined facility as well as new kitchen accommodations.The project is designed with a residential architectural flair to serve as a highlight to the existing facility and to create a non-institutional architectural language for this much needed County facility.

Quinn Street Residences; Arlington, VA
The project consists of a 3-building, 5 story residential condominiums located in Arlington, Virginia. The two buildings share 40 units and one building has 37 units. The buildings are composed of flats and 2 story, loft type units and have two levels of secure private parking below grade. Pairs of adjacent units are served by dedicated unit elevators opening directly into the units thereby eliminating the need for corridor space except on the ground floor. The top floor units are not only 2 stories in height, but also have access to dedicated roof decks. All 3 buildings are seeking LEED certification.

Sport & Health; 16 locations in the Washington metropolitan area Architecture, Inc. continues to work closely with Sport & Health to renovate, expand and develop exciting energetic health and fitness clubs in several locations. Architecture, Inc. is working closely with the corporate leadership to further enhance and define the brand through design in multiple clubs. Presently we are working on several different projects in various phases from schematic design to construction.

Defense Supply Depot Physical Fitness Center; New Cumberland, PA
Design and construction documents for a new 24,420 square meter physical fitness facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania for the Army Corps. of Engineers. The new facility replaces an existing facility and includes a NCAA size gymnasium with bleacher seating for 80; a handball court, aerobics room, free weight room, exercise room, and associated locker rooms and support spaces. This project should be ready for bidding in the second quarter of 2008.

Vermeer Mid Atlantic (www.vermeermidatlantic.com)
Architecture, Inc. is very excited to be designing this new 20,000 square foot sales and service facility for the east coast’s premier full–service equipment dealer, Vermeer Mid Atlantic. The schematic design for Vermeer’s beautiful new facility along Balls Ford Road in Prince William County, Virginia is complete, with the design development phase currently underway.

AIM Engineering; Ft. Myers, FL
A new 60,000 square foot office building will soon be seen from Interstate 75 near the Colonial Blvd. exit. The new 4-story office building will be the new home of AIM Engineering and will feature a contemporary office space for the civil engineering and surveying firm. The first three stories are available for lease, and will be accessed from a large open atrium at the building's core. The atrium will feature the sites greatest asset: a view of the 6-mile slough, a unique wildlife preserve and wetland.

Broadway Place; Fort Myers, FL
Architecture, Inc. has entered permitting for a new affordable housing project in the City of Fort Myers. Convieniently located near two bus stops, Edison Mall and other businesses, six duplexes have been positioned to create a community featuring contemporary architecture and upscale finishes. The duplexes are a combination of one and two-story units, some with garages, and some with off street parking. Designed with structural insulated panel systems, the homes will be energy efficient, and will contain features that express the system on the exterior.
