and Fort McPherson, Georgia. Each study included schematic design,
sitting and cost estimating.

Architecture, Inc. performed a Project Validation Assessment for the
proposed combined Officer’s and Enlisted Clubs, Golf Clubhouse
with Banquet Facilities and Cart Storage Facility. The study included
site investigations to determine the most feasible and financially
advantageous site. Complete schematic designs and cost estimating were
performed to highlight and strengthen the market data received.
United States Army; Fort Detrick, MD
Architecture, Inc. performed a Project Validation Assessment for the
proposed Golf Course and Golf Clubhouse with Banquet Facilities, including
schematic design, siting and cost estimating. The project involved
an extensive site and existing facility investigation necessitated
by the desire to renovate an existing unused facility to create the
needed Golf Clubhouse.

Architecture, Inc. performed a Project Validation Assessment Study for
the construction of a new Golf Course Clubhouse and Golf Cart Storage
building to replace the installation’s deteriorating existing
facilities at the Naval Construction Battalion Center.

Architecture, Inc. performed a Facility Needs Assessment Study for the
golf course clubhouse. It was recommended that they construct a new
facility. Architecture, Inc. also provided the schematic design on
the facility.

golfcourse clubhouse. It was recommended that they construct a new

Assessment Study. The study included the evaluation of the existing facilities
and site investigations to determine the approach for continuation of
maintenance operations. The recommendations called for the construction
of a new facility to be centrally located within the existing golf course.

proposed Community Club with Community Activity Areas. The study included
evaluation of the existing facility and site investigations to determine
the most feasible and marketable site for the proposed new construction.
