TITLE: Project Manager (Architect) TWO (2) VACANCIES

DUTIES: Manage 2 architectural design professionals in preparing conceptual designs & presentation drawings; prepare schematic designs for commercial & residential projects; complete coordination with consulting engineers (MEP, structural & civil engineers); prepare schematic plans; verify designs comply with local, state, & national codes for construction types; coordinate project management, contract administration, and documentation of field reports; & present architectural services for client review.

HOURS: Forty (40) hours per week, with variable overtime

HOURLY WORK SCHEDULE: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Architecture.
2. 5 yrs of architectural design & project management experience.
3. Proficient in: MS Office, AutoCAD, & Architectural Desktop.
